Time: 10:30 am- 1:00 pm

Ticket and Food Information:
- Activity wristbands allow for the wearer to play all games (excluding laser tag) and participate in all activities
- VIP wristbands allow for the wearer to play all games (excluding laser tag), participate in all activities, & get 1 food entree
- 1 food entree includes 1 sandwich, 1 bag of chips, veggie trays, and a drink
           - Gluten Free and Dairy Free options available

$15 for the chance to play on Cantor and Rabbi's laser tag team!

$100 - Includes 2 VIP Bands, 2 Food Tickets, 2 Ice Cream Cups, and 2 Laser Tag Games with Cantor and Rabbi
Please support our community by listing your family or businesses's name on one of our many booths/games at this year's carnival.
Support our community by making a donation in honor of this year's carnival. 
One or more people in my party will require the Gluten Free and/or Dairy Free option.

I, as the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) tickets are being purchased for, do hereby give permission for my child to participate in the Congregation Ner Tamid (CNT) Purim Carnival.

Furthermore, I do hereby agree that I will not hold CNT, it’s leadership, or the volunteers serving on its behalf, liable in case of accident, injury, and loss or damage of property in connection with this activity.
